One of its key offerings, Haoyibao, launched in 2018 in partnership with major insurers, was the first product in China to guarantee renewal for six consecutive years. It provides payouts of up to RMB 4 million (USD 550,000) and has undergone continuous upgrades to support a broader range of policyholders with diverse health conditions.

AI-driven solutions have streamlined the insurance experience, enhancing accessibility and efficiency. The GoldenChoice feature, powered by the Ant Insurance Multi-Factor Model (AIMM), enables users to compare and select optimal insurance products. Additionally, the EasyPick AI planner assists customers in making informed insurance decisions, ensuring they neither overpurchase nor choose inadequate coverage. In 2024, the AI-enabled EasyClaims solution facilitated the claims process for 11 partner insurers across more than 85 health insurance products. AI technology processed 96% of the 1.62 million claims analysis requests from policyholders, significantly reducing manual intervention and expediting claim settlements.

In September 2024, the company unveiled the AI Healthcare Manager within the Alipay app. This innovative tool, accessible via voice and text interactions, provides users with over 30 services, including doctor recommendations, medical report analysis, hospital navigation, and personalized health advice.
